Q. When will my order be dispatched?

A. We thrive on the best possible service, therefor orders will be dispatched at the latest, 48 hours after your order is placed, however we do have a 24 hour dispatch rate of 89% 

Q. How will my items be dispatched?

A. All of our orders are sent via either Royal Mail track 48 or if it is a larger order it will be sent with parcelforce track 48. **All orders are free shipping too**

Q. Where is my order?

A. All orders are sent with tracking information, every customer will be given their tracking information so they can track their own orders.

Q. What is the returns policy? 

A. Any item can be returned for exchange/refund if reported as faulty/damaged within 7 days of receiving your delivery. All items must be in original packaging and in new condition(excluding mentioned damage/faults)
